COVID-19 Protocols

To ensure your safety and that of our team, please adhere to the following guidelines during your visit.

Before your visit
  1. All visits are strictly by appointment. Please call 07065859845 or 08093540899 or  fill the appointment form to book.
  2. Only one parent or guardian will be allowed to accompany a child.
  3. All patients will be required to wear masks. Please bring your own or purchase one at the Clinic before being seen. This is for your safety and ours.
  4. We still encourage telephone (virtual) consultations over physicalconsultations
During your visit
  1. Our Security personnel will check your temperature on arrival please cooperate with them and follow their instructions.
  2. Please wash your hands for twenty seconds (and your child’s) at the sink outside on arrival.
  3. All patients will be also provided with shoe coverings.
  4. Only one family at a time will be permitted into our waiting area/reception at a time.
  5. Hand sanitizers are provided throughout the facility, please use them frequently.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we love new patients! Please contact us to register as a patient.

How do I make or cancel an appointment?

Please click here or call the numbers listed below to book an appointment. If you would like to cancel your appointment, please call us 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Do you accept walk-in patients?

Yes, however, we give priority to patients who have booked an appointment. 

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, please see here for the list of insurance providers and HMOs that we accept.

What methods of payment do you accept?

The preferred mode of payment is by immediate online transfer or POS.

Do I need to test for COVID-19?

If you have been exposed to a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patient or if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us to arrange a test.

Prior to and upon arrival, continue to follow all COVID-19 protocols including frequent hand washing, social distancing, and wearing masks, amongst others.

How often do I need to see the doctor?

If you are generally well, we recommend visiting us twice a year for a check-up. If you have an underlying medical condition or you feel unwell, please make an appointment or come in and subsequent visits will be scheduled after your initial consultation. 

What should I do if I am unwell after hours?

Telephone consultations are available during business hours:

Monday – Friday :  8:00AM to 8:00PM
Saturdays             :  9:00AM to 3:00PM 

After these hours, please call our night line and the doctor on call will attend to you.

We request that after hours calls be reserved for urgent medical issues.

For emergencies that require immediate attention, such as seizures, loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, severe allergic reactions, severe breathing problems, please take your child to the nearest hospital. 

I think I need to see a specialist, what do I do?

Please make an appointment with the family physician who will refer you to a specialist, if necessary, following a medical assessment.
