Check List
What you need to bring for your appointment.
- Valid original passport (mandatory)
- E medical referral letter (obtained from New Zealand immigration website)
- A valid NZER or NZHR ID
- Spectacles or contact lenses if you wear them.
- Copies of medical reports and test for any significant medical conditions you have or may have had in the past.
- Children ten years and below need to come with their full immunization records. Adults need to bring their previous vaccine records including polio and Covid vaccine record.
- Applicants with any other previous vaccination records are also advised to bring this along.
- Information about your visa subclass.
- Details of the visa office where you lodged your application.
Things to note
What happens on the day:
- Please ensure that you arrive for your appointment 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Please allow 2-3hours for your appointment
- All applicants will have a full medical examination, where the applicant will undress to underwear whilst wearing a gown. If you would like a chaperone present during the medical examination, please do not hesitate to request one.
- All applicants aged 11 years and above will need a chest X-ray.
- Permanent Visa applicants aged 15 years and above will require blood tests for HIV status.
- All doctors, dentists or nurses working in healthcare will require blood tests for HIV, Hepatitis B and C.
- All applicants over the age of 6 weeks will be assessed for their need to receive polio vaccination. If it is determined that Polio vaccination is required, this will be administered and will attract an additional cost of N7,500. Polio vaccination taken within the last month before your visit will require an accompanying letter from the hospital where it was given.
- COVID-19. If you have been vaccinated for COVID-19 please come to your appointment with your vaccination records.

Please be sure you will have the screening done before crediting our account. Terms and Conditions apply to refund issues. Below are a few exceptions on which refund can be processed:
FACTS ABOUT RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY:
- You may choose to reschedule your appointment. This can be done within 72hrs of the original booking at no extra cost.
- Same day cancellation will be subject to a deduction of administrative fee (25% of sum paid)
- Customer cancellation without 24 to 48hrs notice will be subject to a deduction of 50% administrative/cancellation fee (stated in 2 above)
- No show is subject 75% administrative/cancellation fee.
- Please notify us in writing if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Telephone call cancellation will not be accepted.
- Refunds due to appointment cancellation or rescheduling will take up to ten working days to process

If we need to cancel your appointment based on issues outside of our control , you will be entitled to a full refund for total sum paid.
